Passionate Music Writer & Guitar Player

I’ve been writing music and playing a little guitar and piano since I was 12. Although I’ve never been what I would call a good musician, my passion for writing has always been with me. I got a little lift up with the ability to write other parts on the computer. In fact, if you listen to any of the music from the Press playlist, they were all written Drums and Synths on the computer with my brother Matt on bass and then played over by other musicians. If you listen to the song Admit, you can hear the computer-generated drums I wrote before you hear the human drummer 8 beats later, and of course, we let both stay for the whole song because, well, Drums. If you have any questions or comments, please email me. And by the way, the lyrics of all my songs appear on this site. Although maybe not be the greatest musician, I am proud of my lyrics. And stay tuned, more is on the way.

Soundcloud had me put information in about the writers of the songs, but I don’t find it easily accessible, so I am going to list the song title with the writers on this site to give proper credit where credit is due. Finally, thanks to my brother Matt, who played bass on everything I’ve ever done and has been a source of encouragement and unabashed positivity throughout this musical journey.

Album: “Burning the Brand”

Buy me, try me, stream me on your phone.

If you’re frightened by people, you can do it from your

home.

Cain to Kardashian, Tiffany and Shell

Even Paris Hilton, a farmer of hotels.

They’re burning their brand, building their dream with their

bow of burning gold.

My bank, the World bank, Wells Fargo and DeBeers

Maybe we should contemplate where we go from here.

Money making money, politics and greed,

Authoritative religion, they’re the essence of deceit.

But they’re burning their brand, building their dream with

their bow of burning gold.

They talk about their dreams, they talk about they’re

passion,

Perhaps what they ought to do is sow some compassion.

What is wrong with caring, kindness being taught,

If I had to build a brand, it be built for love and support.

So, we’re burning our brand, building our dream, with our

bow of burning love.

Album: “Small Dreams”

It’s not the way you tell me, you tell me that it’s true

And it’s not my understanding of you.

Like falling leaves in winter, it’s change that is the truthSo all I’ve

got is small dreams for you.

Just my small dreams for you.

We watch ourselves get older, one day into the next,

We’re hardly ever perfect; confess.

Mistakes are not uncommon, and i wish it wasn’t true.

So all I’ve got is small dreams for you.

Just my small dreams for you.

Small dreams can find you on your own

Begin to grow.

Like flowers in the springtime that blossom red and blue,

All I’ve got is small dreams for you.

Small dreams, small dreams.
